Deposit is half of the Rental/Package price and is due upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due 60 days prior to event.

Refundable Damage/Security Deposit of $500 is due with final payment. Any Damage/Security refund will be issued 30 days after event.

We have a few additions below to enhance your experience:

-Wait Staff: Staff will assist with bussing tables, refilling appetizers, snacks, desserts, and cleaning throughout their service time. 5 hr each.

-Hot Beverage Station: Includes coffee, hot chocolate, tea (select kinds). Disposable cups, straws, sweeteners and cream.

-Unlimited Soda: Includes 7 different soda/drink flavors at the bar: Coke, Dt. Coke, Mellow Yellow, Mr. Pibb, Root Beer, Sprite, Tea, Lemonade from 8am-11:30pm.

-Emerald Pines Rentals- Rent decorations, linens, arches, outdoor keggars, and much more to add your personal touches to your wedding day! All from Emerald Pines. Link will be provided during tour.

-Alcohol Purchases for your Guests- There are numerous options available to customize drink sponsorship for your guests on your wedding day.
